Heather Mahony

Heather Mahony received her law degree from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia bar in January, 2004. Heather's practice areas include aboriginal litigation, constitutional law, forestry law, resource use consultation, economic development, and not-for-profit law.

For the past three years, Heather has been a member of the litigation team on the leading aboriginal title case Tsilhqot'in Nation v. British Columbia, Victoria Registry, 90 0913. Heather serves on the executive of the CBA Aboriginal Law Subsection - Vancouver Island.
