In her role as a legal assistant at Woodward and Company, Linda is focused on supporting a dedicated team of lawyers and assistants in their pursuit of justice for First Nations.
Originally from Vancouver, Linda worked as a litigation assistant at a large firm for 7 years before moving to Victoria to join the Criminal Justice Branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General. After 12 years there, she relocated to Alberta to work at a boutique law firm, and then at a large multinational firm.
Linda’s varied academic background is representative of the breadth of her talents and interests. She first trained as a legal assistant; following which, she attended Alberta College of Art and Design to pursue her passion for painting.
Linda’s team-oriented approach and dedication to rapport-building bring motivation and ease to the firm each and every day. Outside of her work with Woodward and Company, Linda hopes to pursue her creative talents through painting, gardening, and exploring Victoria to the fullest.
