Alexandra Armstrong

She/Her

Alexandra joined W&Co. in 2024 as an Executive Assistant. She supports firm management and leadership, provides direct support to the managing partner, and connects governance structures. Alexandra drafts administrative memos, collaborates with the administrative team, works with the social committee, and organizes meetings, including all related logistics.

Before joining W&Co., Alexandra worked at a non-for-profit organization, where she coordinated multi-stakeholder projects to embed cultural safety in practice, conducted a primary care gap analysis, and liaised with First Nation communities located in the South Island. She supported primary care circles, allocated team-based care clinician resources, and supported initiatives to increase community access to medical care.

Alexandra holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Applied Ethics from the University of Victoria. Her greatest strengths include being detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive communicator, demonstrating leadership and innovative thinking. Her main motivation to work with the W&Co. team is to learn and make a valuable impact while continuing to advocate for Indigenous communities.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Alexandra has a deep appreciation for the ocean, beaches, forests, and the natural beauty the island provides. In her free time, she enjoys painting, walking her dogs, Autumn and Jet, and learning new languages.
