Andrea Pickavance

As firm administrator at Woodward and Company, Andrea (“Andi”) takes care of the planning and implementation of management goals as well as managerial matters pertaining to the overall operations of the firm. She’s been an integral part of the team since the 1990’s and has provided invaluable structure and service during its growth over the years.

As well as the work she does directly with the partners, Andi is also an active member of the Management Committee. Within this role, she provides direction to the supervisory administrative staff responsible for carrying out the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining Woodward and Company, Andi obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Her endless hours in the lab are still paying off in unexpected ways today, particularly when it comes to her ability to get to the heart of any issue and use her communication, analysis, and critical thinking skills to identify a path to resolution.

Over the course of her 18-year career with the firm, Andi has spearheaded a number of impactful projects, including being part of the team tasked with transitioning the firm’s direction and resources following completion of the Tsilhqot’in trial.
