Madeline joined Woodward & Co. as a lawyer in 2025. As part of Woodward & Co.’s litigation team, Madeline represents clients on matters related to their Aboriginal rights and title, as well as various contractual, governance and other disputes.

Madeline is grateful to act as a lawyer and play a role in advocating for her clients’ interests through the justice system. She believes in building relationships with her clients in order to provide advice and representation that advances their unique priorities, goals, and values.

Madeline received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria’s Faculty of Law in 2019. Following law school, she clerked for five justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Prior to joining Woodward & Co., Madeline practiced at a full-service law firm and a boutique law firm in Victoria that serves Indigenous clients.

Madeline has a broad range of litigation skills and has advocated for clients before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Manitoba’s King Bench, and various administrative panels and tribunals.
