Christina Entrekin Coad joined Woodward & Co. in 2025 as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer.

With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge in governance, change management, and strategic growth. Her role focuses on guiding the firm through governance transitions and supporting the evolving needs of our growing and expanding law firm.

Christina is a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights and self-determination, having pursued her legal education at Arizona State University’s College of Law through the Indian Legal Program, and as an exchange student at the University of British Columbia’s Faculty of Law. Christina is licensed to practice law in Washington State, federal district court and more than 10 tribal courts. Her practice focused on access to justice representing tribes and their children in child welfare proceedings, Indigenous defendants in criminal proceedings and general civil legal aid. Christina has developed educational programs for adult learners in responding to violence against women and the reconciliation of colonial impacts on family systems and justice and public safety.

Her contributions to Indigenous communities were recognized as a recipient of the Bonnie Heavy Runner Victim Advocacy Award for her service to Indigenous survivors of violence and crime. Christina is a committed member of the MMIWG movement and brings to her role a deep commitment to justice, reconciliation, and innovation in legal practice.

Outside of her professional life, Christina is a former caregiver and adoptive parent, a lover of art and music, especially the SoCal punk of her youth, and shares her home with her family and two dogs, Kevin the corgi and Viking the golden retriever.
