Jagdeep (Jag) joined the W&Co. team in 2023, bringing with her 15 years of extensive experience in both public and private accounting across the USA and Canada. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainable Innovation and a Bachelor’s in Accounting (BSc.), graduating Summa Cum Laude. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CA) in both California and British Columbia.

Jag’s career is marked by her broad range of technical accounting and finance expertise across multiple industries. She is known for her solid understanding of processes and her motivation to implement them efficiently. Jag continuously seeks ways to improve workflows and leverage technology to streamline operations.
