Alexis is a Legal Assistant at Woodward &Co., where she supports the firm’s litigation practices and assists lawyers and colleagues to ensure files progress efficiently and seamlessly. Since joining the firm in 2025, Alexis has focused on providing high‑level litigation support while remaining responsive to the evolving needs of the practice.

Alexis brings extensive experience to her role, having worked as a legal assistant since the age of 21, including a period as an executive assistant in Melbourne. For the past 13 years, she has worked in Vancouver and Victoria in a variety of litigation environments, developing a strong foundation across multiple areas of practice and court levels. Her long‑standing experience allows her to anticipate needs, manage complex workflows, and support files under tight deadlines.

Alexis holds a Liberal Arts Diploma and a Legal Assistant Diploma and is currently working toward completion of a Paralegal Diploma. She is known for her professionalism, high attention to detail, and ability to remain calm and focused in high‑pressure situations—qualities that are essential to effective litigation support.

Alexis is motivated by a commitment to continually expanding her knowledge of litigation at all levels of court in British Columbia and across Canada. She is dedicated to using that knowledge to provide excellent support to the lawyers she works with and to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s ability to help clients achieve their objectives.
