Malti joined Woodward & Co. as a Law Clerk Legal Support in 2026, bringing with her a wealth of professional and life experience. With a strong background in litigation, she approaches each day with flexibility and an openness to whatever priorities and challenges may arise.

Throughout her career, Malti has learned to appreciate the complexities of both work and life, and the different experiences people bring with them. She strives to create a supportive environment for those around her and believes strongly in the potential of every person. At W&Co., she particularly values working alongside bright, energetic colleagues who keep her engaged, curious, and continually learning.

Malti holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance. She is drawn to the meaningful work of the firm and enjoys being part of a team whose work has a positive impact.

Outside of work, Malti is an avid reader with a deep appreciation for the power of words and their ability to convey everything from complex emotions to precise facts. She is also a dog lover and appreciates the joy and beauty they bring to everyday life.
