Jaymeen is the IT Support Technician at Woodward & Co., where he supports the firm’s lawyers and staff by ensuring technology systems operate smoothly and securely. Since joining the firm in 2025, Jaymeen has played a key role in maintaining day‑to‑day IT operations and responding to technical issues quickly and effectively.

Jaymeen’s work focuses on end‑user support and the firm’s core technology platforms, including Microsoft 365, NetDocuments, and printing systems. He regularly assists colleagues with troubleshooting technical issues, managing access and security tools such as multi‑factor authentication, and supporting phishing awareness and system reliability. His goal is to minimize disruptions and ensure that colleagues can work efficiently and without interruption.

Before joining Woodward & Co., Jaymeen worked as an IT Support Advisor and Field Service Technician, gaining hands‑on experience in hardware diagnostics, system maintenance, and fast‑paced technical support environments. These roles helped him develop strong problem‑solving skills, a customer‑focused approach, and the ability to communicate clearly with users at all technical levels—experience that directly supports his work at the firm.

Jaymeen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and a Master of Engineering in Internetworking from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During his master’s program, he received academic performance scholarships in nine out of ten courses, reflecting consistent high achievement.

Known for his calm, organized approach, Jaymeen brings strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and attention to detail to his role.
